Florida Department Of Law Enforcement To No Longer Send Crime Scene Units To Central Florida

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has made a major shift in how it handles Central Florida crime scenes. The agency is moving its crime scene units to other areas of the state with fewer investigative resources.

In some cases that means local departments will be collecting evidence involving their own officers. FDLE told WFTV its agents will still be at those scenes, just without their own crime scene units. (Read Full Article Here)
