Imprisoned Prominent Attorney Bruce Duncan Fights To Keep Law License

Bruce Duncan, the Lake County civic leader serving 10 years in prison for DUI manslaughter, is fighting to keep his law license. Duncan, a 48-year-old former assistant public defender and assistant county attorney, will appear in a Gainesville court today to fight efforts by The Florida Bar to disbar him.  (Read Full Article Here)
