Plant City Lawyer Charged With Tampering

A Plant City lawyer was arrested this week on a charge he tampered with a witness in a extortion and stalking case. Authorities charged David Howard Stitzel III, 47, after investigating claims that he threatened to present evidence that would make the victim, Pamela S. Ciarlelli of Auburndale, look bad.
