The 1st Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission has announced its list of nominees for Judge Paul A. Rasmussen’s seat in Escambia County. The nominees are Ross L. Bilbrey, Jose A. Giraud, Michelle A. Inere, Charles V. Peppler, Coleman Lee Robinson and Clara E. Smith. Gov. Rick Scott will select one of the people to fill Rasmussen’s judgeship within 60 days after the list is certified.
