When your child in involved with the legal system it can be frightening and overwhelming. There are many negative consequences to a juvenile that can impact your child’s future career and educational opportunities. For example, certain kinds of crimes can greatly affect your child’s attempts to get into college or get a good job.

Sometimes, we can resolve your child’s case through Brevard County’s Prosecution Alternatives for Youths (PAY) Program. PAY is a youth diversion program that offers an informal alternative to prosecution through the juvenile justice system.
